Your Livery costs include:-

• Individual Turnout in a paddock nominated by Robert (which can change from time to time) 

• Or Individual Turnout in an all weather turn out pen (available all year round if you wish to restrict grazing)

• Use of all facilities (unless paying for a non facility stable) 

• Unlimited use of hay or haylage (when available)

• Electricity and Water

• Kitchen and resting area

• Secure yard facilities and cameras

• Stable camera linked to your phone!

• Annual Pramox Wormer in December

• Annual Worm Count in April

• Arena, Paddock and Hedgerow maintenance as well as muck heap disposal

• Social events throughout the year

• Plastic disposal for our own bedding wrap only

  Please note that there are no extra charges for:-

• Use of the Horse Walker

• Use of the Arena (unless you wish to book without an instructor)

• Use of the Arena Floodlights

• Use of the Cross Country or fields

• Use of the Solarium / Hot Water Wash

• Use of the Haygain Steamer

• Electric Heaters to warm up after a chilly ride in the kitchen

• The Christmas Party!

Other aspects:-

• Lunge pen and arena as well as horse walker

• Fun field for use in the summer, including canter fields, show jumps on grass and cross country jumps

• Fully concreted yard – no muddy boots or shoes!

• Fully floodlit in all areas – perfect for the winter months as there are no dark corners or scary places!
